What if my load doesn’t fit in one truck?.
If your belongings cannot fit in the first truck, based on availability, a back up team will attend with an extra truck at an additional charge, or the first team may be able to return for a second trip if they are running ahead of schedule. If they cannot, it is advisable to ask the Moveall Team to leave goods you can move yourself.
Does Moveall move potted plants?
In most cases it is difficult to move pot plants as they often have bugs, insects and are too dirty to travel with your household items. In some cases, to be assessed on the day by our Moveall Team, we are able to move certain potted plants.
To save time and money, it’s best to hire a trailer for a minimal cost from your local service station and move them prior to your move day.
Does the Moveall Team disconnect electronics and whitegoods?
We do not disconnect fridges, televisions, washing machines, dryers or anything else. Each item should be prepared properly prior to your moving day.
Is there anything I shouldn’t pack?
There are some items we do not move, please review the Dangerous Goods Policy before packing.
What about insurance?
Moveall Pty Ltd holds up to date public liability and third party property insurances, but the insurance of your consignment is your responsibility. Before your move, check with your house & contents insurance provider if your current insurance policy protects against items in transit – this may save you money on taking out another insurance policy if you do not have to! If you are not covered by your current policy, we are more than happy to refer you to our preferred insurance provider for a simple solution.
