So how does it work?

So are there any conditions?
- You must advise us of your complaint within 5 business days of your service completion.
- You complaint must be directly related to the service provided by your movers on the day of your scheduled service, and must be directly related to an offering of service promised by Moveall Pty Ltd and thereafter not delivered, or unsatisfactorily delivered to the standard as promoted by Moveall Pty Ltd.
- In order to qualify for a refund, our team must not respond to you and attempt to satisfy for your complaint within 5 business days of your initial correspondence to Moveall Pty Ltd. Evidence of correspondence may be required when validating a Guarantee Claim.
